San Franciso's Most Expensive Houses

California has much to offer when it comes to expensive homes and I will show you just a few examples.  

The first example is the 2820 Scott, the property has Italian architecture and was built back in 1904. The mansion has been looking for an owner for ruffly 8 years but it's currently listed for a crazy 29.5 million dollars but I pretty sure you could get a bargain.  

The second property on our list is 3001 Pacific Avenue, which is a brick house with a modern interior. The house is just a little younger than the fist house, being built in 1906. The asking price of the property is currently a whopping 22 million dollars. 

The third and final property (personal favorite) is a waterfront property known as 308 Sea Cliff. The view from this property will never get old. The 16 million dollar property is a very rare property to come across. within the neighborhood of this property, there has only been a total of 4 property listings in the pass 20 years making this the fourth. So if you have an extra 16 million laying around make a move quick.

• I've come across a very cool blog recently, that I want to share with you. The blog Modernvancouverhouses has many eye-catching houses. Things that I like about this blog, are vibrant colors display in most of the pictures.

• While scrolling down this blog it clearly easy to see that the person has spent quite a long time building this blog. Another thing that drew me to this blog was a lot of modern house designs.

• Overall Modernvancouverhouses has a good flow to it and kotos to them.

Mexico's Expensive Properties

Mexico is quite the destination and you will see why.

• First up is VILLA VERANO EN CONCHAS CHINAS, Which is resort so if you always fancied of owning your very own resort this property is just right for you. I hope you have a total of 16.5 million, "ya" thats the price. Well anyways the resort has a total of 22 bedrooms and 37 bathrooms with a total of 37,000 square feet. The property is beach front and has views that would blow your mind allowing you to see the ocean for miles. 

• The second property is BAHIA ROCAS VILLAS DEL MAR, this property shows what exactly a millionaire needs in there life. The property sits on top of a 1.22 acre peace of beach front property and has many feature to please ones needs. The property has a private gym a pool two out side bars and if your into cars you have 12 space to park your fleet. The 9 bedroom and 9 bathroom property is currently listed for a total of 16 million. 

• The third and final property is Villas del Mar, Palmilla, the property is the third beach front property that has much to offer to the right buyer. The house is a total of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, and beside the fact that the ocean is less than 200 feet away from your back door the views you can enjoy while having a relaxing evening by the pool may persuade you to drop a cool 10.5 million or maybe not.

25 MARINA POINT, DENARAU - This is the first property on the list which is a luxury house on the side of a canal. The property has a total of 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, the house has a large outdoor pool as well as a large entertainment space for guest. The house has 3 car garage and a garage space for a boat. I think this is a very nice property and has a lot to offer, the only thing is there's no price so that might change my mind if I saw the price tag.

MAUI BAY ESTATES - This is the second property and is a beachfront property, that is very stunning property the sizes of the house alone is quite small. The house only has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has outdated interior designs. But what makes up for the lake off living space us the outdoor entertainment as well as the views. This property also has no price listed but I can imagine expensive.

EMAHO SEKAWA RESORT - This award winning 5-star resort has recently been listed for sale. There are a total of 6 buildings and if you have the money why not, haven't you always wanted your own resort.

Three of Georgia's Most Expensive Homes

Next on are never ending list we have Georgia.

• Our fist home is own by a well know writer/ producer/ actor, Tyler Perry. The house sits on top of a 17-acre property looking over the Chattahoochee River. The house has a total of 7 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, it also has a very large swimming pool, tennis court, 2 story car garage, a detached guess house, spa, movie room. The house has even been said to have a presidential grade security system. But the best part of it all is that this could be all your for a nice 25 million.

• This next house was the most expensive house in Georgia until the previous house on our list was placed onto the market. This house is currently listed for 15.9 million and is located in Buckhead an uptown area in Atlanta. The house has a European style, also it has a courtyard, swimming pool, and even a home theater. This house was even featured in movies such as the latest version of “Three Stooges” and the 2009 hit Zombieland. But in all, it's a very nice house but for 15.9 million I'll pass.

• The third and final on the top three list today, we have a 15,000 square foot mansion. The house was built back in 2010 and is located in an elegant neighborhood know as the peach states. The house has a Mediterranean style and is fitted with 6 bedrooms and has 7 full bathrooms and 4 half. The house has a swimming pool, gym, four car garage, movie theater, and three private courtyards. This house is quite the buy just make sure you have room to spend 12.5 million.

Next up we have Spain, Spain is home to very expensive estates with quite amazing views. Spain is located in the southwest region of Europe.

The first house is on the coast, it's a modern house with traditional features. The house has a total of 6 Bedrooms and a total of 6 Bathrooms. Waking up to these views every morning will forever have you mesmerized. The house also has a pool just in case you want to enjoy a nice morning dip or a nice relaxing evening. Or you can have a drink and kick back in the courtyard next to the garden. Keep it mind you just spent 21 million dollars on this monster so enjoy.

Next up we have a 26,000 square foot Oasis, the house when driving up to it will already have you opening up your checkbook. But just wait for a second this place cost 18 million dollars (wanna rethink that?). The house is on 4 acres of secluded land, there even 24/7 security, a fully equipped gym, pool, 6 fully functional fireplaces, and a library with the capability of housing up to 3,000 books (I personally would rather have a movie room but that's just my preference). But all things aside if you like the home go ahead just make it rain on that price tag.

The third and last house on the list is the 16 million dollar villa on the top of a large hill overlooking the ocean and the town below. the house is 9,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house even comes with two pools on the upper floor for everyone to enjoy, but then there's another but only accessible through the master bedroom (very necessary). But I guess that's what 16 million dollars gets you, and if this is what you spend 16 million on, well good day to you sir or mam.

Turk and Caicos Most Expensive Estates

Next on the list is the Turk and Caicos Islands, These islands are located on the brim of the Atlantic and are 550 miles southeast of Miami. Also, there are a total 40 islands which make up Turk and Caicos.

• The Turtle Tail Estate is an example of paradise, the home is surrounded by breathtaking views. The house has a total of 15,000 square feet on 4.5 acres, there are 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Also, the house comes with its own commercial kitchen, infinity-edge pool, multiple outdoor lounges, and daybed. It also has an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, wine cellar, tennis court, and the list goes on. This house has almost everything and if you think "dang I can't park my yacht anywhere", you're wrong the property has a 90-foot dock in the canal. The only question are you willing to pay 25 million for your paradise?

• The seconded property is the Nestled Estate, the house of over 8,000 square feet sits on 5.4 acres with a total of 373 feet of lush beach front property to enjoy. The property only has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it also has an upper floor with an office and reading room. The views you can enjoy while relaxing in the heated L-shaped pool will have you outside every day. The house even has a home theater when it gets late and you have to come inside. They only thing is that the property 19.5 million (nice but not worth it).

• The third property is also a beachfront property, the house is 7,000 square feet that are on 1.7 acres of property. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms. The house is very secluded and will give you the filling of being on your own private island. The property also has handcrafted Teak furniture throughout the entire house. There are even two beach cabanas to take in the views and think about all the money you spent to live to here, 15 million (wow!!).

• Hacienda White is a very large and miraculous modern styled home. The house is ruffly 21 million so I not to sure about that, even though the home is located next to eight large beach lagoons. Also, the house has a club house, spa and everything you desire. The house has five bathrooms and also a total of five bedrooms. Not a lot for the crazy amount of money being spent.

• Marina 1 Villa is quiet the location, and it could be all yours for cool 13 million. The house has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, but the best part is the large garage to store all your toys, as well epic pool, and guest house. So if you got an extra 13 million kicking around stop by and check out the crib.
  
  

• The Villa is the last property for today and is by far the ugliest on to. If you were to buy this property it would set you back a nice 12 million and for what the place looks like crap. But that's just me, go ahead waste your money. Anyways the property has a total of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. You could even have your very own guard room to show off to your neighbours that you know how to waste money.
