Three of Georgia's Most Expensive Homes

Next on are never ending list we have Georgia.

• Our fist home is own by a well know writer/ producer/ actor, Tyler Perry. The house sits on top of a 17-acre property looking over the Chattahoochee River. The house has a total of 7 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, it also has a very large swimming pool, tennis court, 2 story car garage, a detached guess house, spa, movie room. The house has even been said to have a presidential grade security system. But the best part of it all is that this could be all your for a nice 25 million.

• This next house was the most expensive house in Georgia until the previous house on our list was placed onto the market. This house is currently listed for 15.9 million and is located in Buckhead an uptown area in Atlanta. The house has a European style, also it has a courtyard, swimming pool, and even a home theater. This house was even featured in movies such as the latest version of “Three Stooges” and the 2009 hit Zombieland. But in all, it's a very nice house but for 15.9 million I'll pass.

• The third and final on the top three list today, we have a 15,000 square foot mansion. The house was built back in 2010 and is located in an elegant neighborhood know as the peach states. The house has a Mediterranean style and is fitted with 6 bedrooms and has 7 full bathrooms and 4 half. The house has a swimming pool, gym, four car garage, movie theater, and three private courtyards. This house is quite the buy just make sure you have room to spend 12.5 million.   

Three of Spain's Most Expensive Estates

Next up we have Spain, Spain is home to very expensive estates with quite amazing views. Spain is located in the southwest region of Europe.

The first house is on the coast, it's a modern house with traditional features. The house has a total of 6 Bedrooms and a total of 6 Bathrooms. Waking up to these views every morning will forever have you mesmerized. The house also has a pool just in case you want to enjoy a nice morning dip or a nice relaxing evening. Or you can have a drink and kick back in the courtyard next to the garden. Keep it mind you just spent 21 million dollars on this monster so enjoy.

Next up we have a 26,000 square foot Oasis, the house when driving up to it will already have you opening up your checkbook. But just wait for a second this place cost 18 million dollars (wanna rethink that?). The house is on 4 acres of secluded land, there even 24/7 security, a fully equipped gym, pool, 6 fully functional fireplaces, and a library with the capability of housing up to 3,000 books (I personally would rather have a movie room but that's just my preference). But all things aside if you like the home go ahead just make it rain on that price tag.

The third and last house on the list is the 16 million dollar villa on the top of a large hill overlooking the ocean and the town below. the house is 9,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house even comes with two pools on the upper floor for everyone to enjoy, but then there's another but only accessible through the master bedroom (very necessary). But I guess that's what 16 million dollars gets you, and if this is what you spend 16 million on, well good day to you sir or mam.
