The Hamptons Most Expensive Properties

The Hampton's known for its getaways from the big city of New York. You would think that since your not in the city, the price for a property wouldn't be as expensive. If you thought so well your wrong. The Hamptons have properties that hit as crazy as $140 Million.

  • The most expensive property is classic mansion located in the East Hampton's. The mansion has been recently been updated, also has a large library as well as a full gym. With plenty of bedrooms to houses guest. But what the true grabber of the property is the location as well as the price tag of $140 Million.

  • The second totally worth its property is located in the southern Hamptons. The property is actually a combination of four properties into one equal a total of 15 acres. So besides to isolation, the property is fitted with a 1970's modern mansion a pool and also a tennis court and lake views. The grass on the property is supposed to replicate a Golf Fairway (basically a field of grass). the property has much to offer and the price tags nice, $59 Million. So when you win the lottery spend all your winning on this (totally worth it).

  • Finally, the last property (so I can go to bed) is in Montauk. Which is a modern style house located on the beach property. There's not much info given about the property, besides the fact that it only has five bedrooms and they want you to pay 55 Million (sorry how much).
