  • 834 Fifth Avenue, 7/8A is New York City's most expensive living quarters and up for sale for $180,000,000. The apartment his founded on the 7th and 8th floor of the building and has a whopping 20 rooms in the 12,000 square foot home. With the purchases of this home, there is a monthly maintenance fee of $30,000. The estate comes with two fireplaces an enormous wine cellar and a large library with a sitting room overlooking Central Park. 


  • 1083 Fifth Avenue was a National Academy Museum has quietly made its way for sale this spring. The sale price was $120,000,000 but has recently dropped to $109,000,000. The Museum has decided to sell the amazing property because it's been expensive to maintain. The property is available as a massive blank canvas to keep it a cultural institution or convert it to a living space. The build has a domed rotunda and marble fireplaces!!!!


  • The Atelier, 45th Floor is the third most expensive residents in manhattan. The property includes nine units on the 45th floor. It currently up for sale for 85,000,000, the listing was set in 2013 and hasn't dropped at all. Since then there has been something to add to the sale to hopefully get a buyer. The additional amenities add to the listing property are a yacht, two Rolls Royce Phantoms one hard top and the other drop top. Also a dinner for two at Daniel's once a week for a year, season tickets to the Brooklyn Nets, and to top it off a summer rental mansion in the Hamptons with live-in butler services as well as your own private chef for on year.


  • 8 East 62nd Street is a six-story 15,000 square foot mansion that has recently been put on the market. The current asking price for the property is $84,500,000 and is located right for Central Park. The building was built in 1903 and has been kept maintained and is worth every penny. The building has a marble spiral staircase that wraps up all the way to the 6th floor. Also, has Hermès leather wall covers and the amazing home has temperature controlled fault just for fur. 

  • The Sherry-Netherland, an 18th-floor amazing property. The property was built back in 2012 and was for sale at 95,000,000 million dollars. But no bought the property till in 2015 when unknown Chineses buyer bought the 18th-floor property at a crazy lower price of 67.5 million. Almost right after the purchase the new owner tried flipping the property and tried selling it for 86 million but now has dropped to 76 million.
