Top Three Most Expensive Los Angeles Homes

10236 Charing Cross Rd, also known as the Playboy Mansion is up for sale. Know for its crazy party and its own the founder of playboy's magazines Hugh Hefner. Hugh has lived like a king and recently turned 90 in April, "What a live to live". But now since his partying days are over he has decided to put his estate on the market. The property is for sale for 200 million dollars the 14,000 square foot mansion is spread across 5.1 acres. Now with buying the playboy mansion there's a catch Hugh is allowed to stay at the mansion for the rest of his life.

The seconded property is Palazzo di Amore which is located in Beverly Hills overlooks the stunning downtown LA. This is definitely on my personal chart of the most breathtaking homes I've ever seen. If you so happened to miss placing your phone you mine as well buy another one because finding it in this 53,000 square feet mansion would be next to impossible. But buying a new phone should be no problem if you can afford this 149 million dollar compound. It contains 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms also a bowling alley, wine cellar, wine producing vineyard, pool, spa, formal gardens and a tennis court. It has everything anyone could ask for if you. It even comes with your own 1/4 mile driveway who doesn't want that.

1187 North Hillcrest is a very nice house located in the hills of Beverly Hills and has an amazing view of the city. The houses stretched over the 2.5-acres of land. The house is based on more of a European feel and the owner had gold leaf crown moldings designed as well as hand woven crappies made for the entire 18,000 square foot home. spread across the large home is a total of 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. But when you come home from whatever you're doing and you just want to sit back and relax, you can enjoy they pool that overlooks the city and the cost line of the pacific.

  1. For how expensive those houses are they should come with their own airport and plane.
