The Three Most Expensive Properties In Miami

  • Faena House Penthouse is currently the most expensive residence in Miami. This rooftop penthouse has ruffly 18,000 square feet with 360 degrees views of the Miami's beaches. This penthouse could be yours if your willing to match the price tag of 55 million. If you have the money this home is a must, the views alone is what will grab you it's truly one of a kind. The home comes well equipped with 5 beds and 5 and a half baths but that's usual for a rooftop home like this. But this estate even comes with its own private pool on the top floor "I NEED IT".

  • 321 Ocean Penthouse is another waterfront penthouse with plenty to offer to the right buyer. The property is located on the three top floors of the building. With an asking price of 47.5 Million, this penthouse which comes with 4 bedrooms and 5 full/2 half baths placed across the 7,000 square foot property could be yours. This home also comes with its own pool with amazing views of the beaches and open ocean, it even has a balcony which wraps around the whole top floor of the building. When buying this home the intendancy is definitely not to stay indoors.

  • 100 La Gorce Circle is the third most expensive property in Miami and is an 18,000 square foot mansion with its own Olympic size swimming pool. There's not much said about this property besides that its was bought for 11 million back in 2012 and went over a four-year renovation and has recently been put back on the market for a whopping 39 million. Which is insane considering they only spent 5 million to renovate the property.
